Bijal Shah

Bijal Shah assumed the role of CEO of Guild in March 2024, following six impactful years of executive leadership within the company. Starting as Guild’s first Chief Product and Analytics Officer and most recently serving as Chief Experience Officer, Bijal has been deeply involved in shaping the company’s commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience. Guild, a Public Benefit Corporation, leads in providing education, skilling, and talent mobility solutions for some of America’s largest employers.

Under Bijal’s stewardship, Guild has experienced significant growth, increasing its customer base by 50% in the past year and extending access to its platform to over 6.5 million Americans. The company proudly serves notable clients such as Disney, Walmart, Chipotle, Discover, Target, Hilton, PNC, and Providence. A highlight of her tenure has been the historic partnership with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which offers Team USA athletes unique education and career development opportunities. Guild’s achievements have also been recognized by TIME as one of the Most Influential Companies, CNBC’s Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, LinkedIn’s Top Startups, and Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas award.

Before joining Guild, Bijal served as SVP of Analytics & Data Products at Ibotta and was part of Visa’s pioneering corporate strategy team. At Ibotta, she focused on developing insights and analytics products for major CPG brands and retailers. While at Visa, she used her robust analytics and data science background to contribute to post-IPO strategy and innovation.

Bijal is passionate about leveraging education to unlock opportunities and has seen firsthand the impact of this work through her time in India as an AIF-Clinton Fellow, where she supported scaling a market-aligned skills training program that has now benefited over 1.2 million disadvantaged youth and women across India. She also supports Judi’s House and Girls Inc. of Metro Denver and previously served on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc.
